Hale Nalu at Turtle Bay Golf Course

Condo was perfect! Eric is a great manager to work with. No issues!! Condo was very clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen! Air conditioning worked well for all rooms. Location is perfect for Turtle Bay resort location and beach. Will stay again!

Wonderful property!! Great location. Eric was great to deal with. Only bad thing to say is that the place could use a mop. Our socks got near black from all the dust and dirt after we first arrived. Not a deal breaker. We’d stay again.

Not accurate description. I was very disappointed in the unit. Positive: The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Beautiful bathroom. The A/C worked very well. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. Nice, small clean pool. The view of the golf course was nice. Negative: When I booked this unit, I had high hopes by the description and was excited for my choice. But...The description that it is a short walk to Turtle Bay is VERY misleading. That needs to be removed from description because it was one of the reasons why we booked this unit. I am handicapped and going by description, I thought was a short walk as stated.it is not.We had to DRIVE to Turtle Bay. Public parking lot is average size but good luck getting a spot. The photo of livingroom is not actual furniture. Furniture was dirty with stains. You're asked to remove shoes but floors turn the bottom of feet black from filth. If you wear socks, they will be ruined. Bottom of curtains are black from floor. The curtains in bedroom are not room darkening and light from light poles in room all night long causing terrible sleep if you are light sensitive. Livingroom curtains and bedroom curtains are shear too. You can see shadows of form from outside. We checked. Don't be naked in the bedroom at night with a light on or you'll give quite the show. The bed and pillows. Where do I start. We always check for bedbugs when we stay places. Thankfully there were none. But what we found was disgusting. Body fluid (yes, I mean semen stains)stained matress covering... all over it. The cleaning people put a clean sheet over it. We contacted owner , sent him photos, and demanded it be replaced, clean bedding and new pillows. The pillows were also disgusting. He did quickly reply and did replace all. However, it never should have happened in the first place. The washer and dryer are expensive, beautiful models They work very well. However, the dryer is not vented to the outside. It vents to a water box on to of the dryer, but all the steam, dryer lint and smell just vents into unit. The paint is peeling on ceiling and walls next to dryer. The ceiling got wet during drying. Every day in the unit exacerbated my asthma because of the dryer venting.

Really great house! Kitchen is fully equipped, even a high quality washing machine and a dryer is available. Fast Internet also. In case of any issues Eric was able to fix it immediately! We can highly recommend the host.

The condo I stayed at was absolutely phenomenal. It sleeps six. Full kitchen utensils. I am very happy with our decision Positive: The property is absolutely gorgeous. The townhouses are located on a golf course. They had barbecues, pools everything you could ever want. Negative: The price is a little high
